The neighborhood was developed as a subdivision in 1962, switched to a property owner's association in 1976, and later became an official city in 1995. Despite the transformation through the years, the city has grown more established as the charming small-town residents know and love. Today residents enjoy the epitome of lake living on the Eastern shores of Lake Lyndon B. Johnson, plus several parks that offer additional outdoor recreation.
The town offers a rural feel and contains larger lots, plenty of trees, and well-maintained landscaping. Enjoy options from gorgeous lakefront living to traditional ranch homes situated on expansive lots with stunning views of the hills.
